While we strive for absolute precision in our motion designs and UI micro-interactions, the final output is subject to the technical limitations of the client’s hosting or display environment. Upon final payment, the client is granted the license to use the specific creative deliverables for their intended business purpose; however, Choosy Securities retains the right to display the work in our portfolio, marketing materials, and internal case studies unless a formal non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is signed by both parties prior to the commencement of the project.
